</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Assist in planning and implementing youth programs and activities.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and guidance to participants in various settings.</li>
<li>Facilitate group discussions and workshops to encourage personal development.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all youth attendees.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to evaluate program effectiveness.</li>
<li>Support administrative tasks related to program management.</li>
<li>Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance program delivery.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education or youth development preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with youth in a community or educational setting.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Passion for youth development and community engagement.</li>
<li>Background check clearance required.</li>
<li>Availability to work flexible hours.</li>
