Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Field Officer (AFO) role based in Bundi. The AFO will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting regular follow-ups, and promoting bank products and services. Key responsibilities include assisting with credit analysis, supporting loan disbursements, driving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The AFO will engage in fieldwork, which involves interacting directly with customers and understanding their financial needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of financial products, loan disbursement processes, and credit assessment
- Sales and marketing abilities with an aptitude for achieving business targets
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and basic computer skills
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the BFSI sector is a plus
