ETQ Application Developer / Administrator

Assist with the maintenance, enhancement, and administration of the AFL ETQ System and related applications. This includes managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the vendor on any system updates or enhancements. Work closely with internal customers to understand and meet their application needs and requirements. Collaborate with the IT team on integrating ETQ with other systems and applications. Provide training and support to end users. Assist with the development of custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
