</div><div>We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented <strong>Production Coordinator</strong> to support our production management team and help ensure our customers and installation crews receive top-quality service and workmanship.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews</li>
<li>Handle warranty issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure proper documentation in a professional manner</li>
<li>Verify customer payments and rebates with the administrative team prior to scheduling jobs</li>
<li>Manage all HERS testing and permits, including communication and coordination with cities, vendors, and customers</li>
<li>Confirm installers have the proper materials and equipment for each job</li>
<li>Communicate daily with crews, customers, and office staff to help keep projects on track</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and confirm installation schedules<br><br>

<strong><br>What We’re Looking For:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3+ years of production administration experience in HVAC, construction, or plumbing</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li>
<li>Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively</li>
<li>ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets<br><br>
