Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affordability Manager based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. As an Affordability Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of affordability programs, manage partnerships with financial institutions, and drive initiatives to assist customers with financing solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, enhancing financial options for customers, monitoring program performance, coordinating between teams, and assisting in business development strategies to improve customer accessibility and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis, financial planning, and market trend evaluation
- Experience in developing and managing finance and customer-focused programs
- Ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and business development
- Proficiency in managing hybrid work environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Industry experience in retail, technology, or electronics is a significant advantage
