About the role

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Project Coordinator with strong coordination skills to support and help manage the team's rhythm of business.

This role will be focusing on logistical execution of team business, internal events, websites, and partnerships while tracking progress and compiling data focusing on key performance indicators of team activations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, a proactive operator, and an excellent communicator.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources. Manage & track project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges.
  • Ensure tight execution of internal events & activations at a high standard in partnership with teams across the organization.
  • Provide regular status updates and appropriate data for periodic reporting focusing on progress against key performance indicators.
  • Support the creation of both internal and external-facing communication pieces for internal web sites, newsletters, and other platforms as needed.
  • Support the execution of fiscal processes for the team including PO creation, invoicing.
  • Support management and maintenance of internal-facing web/SharePoint sites including content creation, site updates, and company access.
