The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruiting operations, including job posting, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruiting experience for all candidates. This role is critical in supporting the growth of the Affinity team.
