Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Location: This position supports three multi-family apartment communities totaling 210 units. Location schedule is subject to change for business needs.
- 134th Street Lofts (124 units) 13414 NE 23rd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98686 (Tuesdays and Fridays)
- Avenue 66 (56 units) 4721 NE 66th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98661 (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
- Leverich (30 units) 4705 NE Leverich Park Way, Vancouver, WA 98663 (will attend to on Wednesdays and Thursdays as needed for tours, move-ins, etc.)
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:30am - 6:00pm. Saturday Split Schedule: 8:30am-1pm Avenue 66/Leverich and 1:45pm-5pm 134th Street Lofts.
Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly pay range of $24.00 - $24.00
- Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
