QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds.
- Must be available to work required shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous demonstrated success in meeting attendance requirements.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- One to six months of experience in food service environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment usage, kitchen safety, and etiquette.
- Must place an emphasis on a high level of guest service and give the best service possible
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
