In this role, you’ll drive day-to-day IAM operations, support critical access governance projects, lead integrations with cloud and third-party systems, and provide mentorship within a cross-functional environment. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic input on evolving IAM services and policies.

Responsibilities

· Manage IAM operations, including user provisioning, access lifecycle, auditing, and incident resolution.

· Oversee ticket queues, system hygiene, and operational service management tasks to ensure consistent delivery and compliance.

· Lead and support IAM integrations with cloud services and platforms (e.g., Okta, Duo), including identity API development and connector configurations.

· Drive continuous improvement projects and contribute to the evolution of IAM frameworks across the organization.

· Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure access controls and support enterprise initiatives.

· Create, maintain, and audit documentation for all IAM processes, tools, and access reviews.

· Provide training and guidance to peers, stakeholders, and business users on IAM practices and tools.

· Monitor emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable recommendations.

· Report on IAM system performance and health to relevant stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

· 5+ years in senior IAM engineering roles supporting enterprise-scale environments.

· Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint, Delinea, and/or EntraID platforms.

· Strong foundation in IAM architecture, provisioning workflows, governance models, and security protocols.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

· Demonstrated success leading IAM initiatives across hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.

· Experience delivering IAM integrations with third-party identity providers and cloud platforms.

· Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and inform leadership.

· Preferred: Industry certifications (e.g., SailPoint, SC-300/SC-500, Delinea).
