Job Description – CPS Affiliate Sales Executive (Fresher)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers for the role of CPS Affiliate Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with affiliate partners, onboarding publishers, supporting campaign growth, and helping expand the affiliate network for Domestic and International campaigns.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and business communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential affiliate publishers and partners.
- Support onboarding of new affiliates for CPS campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal campaign delivery and operations teams.
- Maintain relationships with existing publishers and affiliates.
- Share campaign details, offers, creatives, and updates with partners.
- Follow up with affiliates for campaign performance and scaling opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
- Maintain daily sales reports and publisher data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in achieving monthly revenue and onboarding targets.
- Learn affiliate marketing trends, CPS models, and performance marketing basics.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing or Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
- Confidence in client communication and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with positive attitude and sales mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation from any stream.
