Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the role of Affiliate Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing affiliates/publishers, generating sales through affiliate partnerships, and supporting campaign growth across domestic and international markets. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates with affiliate marketing knowledge are both welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new affiliates/publishers for performance marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
- Promote CPS/CPL/CPI campaigns to affiliates and media partners.
- Coordinate with internal campaign delivery and operations teams.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Negotiate payouts and traffic opportunities with publishers.
- Share campaign updates, creatives, and offers with affiliates regularly.
- Maintain daily reports of sales, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Ensure quality traffic and achievement of campaign targets.
- Work on affiliate retention and publisher engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or affiliate marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:For Freshers:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication and sales approach.
- Interest in Digital Marketing/Affiliate Marketing.
For Experienced Candidates:
- 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Sales, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience in CPS/CPL/CPI campaigns preferred.
- Existing publisher/affiliate network will be an advantage.
