Role Description
The Affiliate Partner will be vetting participants and local partnerships, building and nurturing professional relationships, and managing the enrollment process on Addwit platform. They will receive their own dashboard. They will receive required training for all aspects of functioning – creating awareness, need identification, handling counselling and participant journey for informal learning for life-management, essential skills for mentoring, technological skills required for the role; and finally, fair financial arrangement.
Qualifications
- Fairly good reputation in their network, relationship skills, credibility
- Fair understanding of Indian Knowledge System
- Proficiency in communication, and handling questions / inhibitions
- Familiarity with online learning systems, video meetings, design of educational programs
- Aptitude to reach-out local groups (local government, corporate, schools, universities, etc.) will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a collaborative and creative professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fair proficiency in local language, Hindi, and English
- An open mind to learn beyond the formal frameworks for education as recommended by education boards, universities, etc.
