ZillionData Marketing is hiring a sharp, data-driven Affiliate Media Buyer to own end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta for affiliate and pay-per-call offers. You'll be the person turning offers into profitable campaigns - buying traffic, optimizing for call quality and conversion, and scaling what works. What you'll do:
- Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for affiliate and pay-per-call offers
- Drive qualified call volume and clicks to affiliate landers — optimizing for payout, EPC, RPC, call duration, and conversion rate, not just CTR
- Monitor campaign performance hourly during launch windows; pause, scale, or reallocate budget based on offer cap, payout, and quality signals
- Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, landers/pre-landers, audiences, and bidding strategies to push CPA down and ROAS up
- Set up and manage call tracking with platforms like Ringba, or similar — including IVR flows, buyer routing, and call quality filters
- Build and maintain UTM structures, postbacks, and S2S tracking so every click, call, and conversion is attributed cleanly across the funnel
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and offline conversion uploads to feed platform algorithms with quality conversion data
- Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences tuned for affiliate verticals (insurance, finance, home services, health, etc.)
- Coordinate with creatives team to brief, iterate, and refresh ad creatives and landers based on what's converting
- Build clear daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights — what scaled, what died, what to test next
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years hands-on experience buying traffic on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally for affiliate, lead gen, or pay-per-call offers
- Strong grip on performance metrics that matter in affiliate: EPC, RPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, call duration, conversion rate, payout vs. spend
- Comfortable with full campaign structures — campaigns, ad sets/ad groups, audiences, placements, bidding strategies
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and UTM-based attribution
- Experience with at least one call tracking platform (Ringba etc.)
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and how offers, payouts, and caps work
- Strong analytical mindset — you can spot a leak in a funnel from the data alone
- Self-starter mentality; able to work independently in a fully remote setup
- Bonus: experience with third-party tracking tools (RedTrack, ClickMagick, Utmify), pre-lander/lander testing, or running campaigns in regulated verticals
Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / month (₹3 – 4.8 LPA) · based on experience · remote
