Affiliate Marketing & UGC Executive
We are seeking a creative, performance-driven, and digitally native Affiliate Marketing & UGC Executive to scale growth through creator partnerships, affiliate programs, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content. The ideal candidate combines commercial instinct with content savvy to build authentic connections that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across diverse client portfolios.
This role suits someone who excels at turning creators, communities, and real user voices into measurable business results.
Role Overview
The Affiliate Marketing & UGC Executive will manage the full lifecycle of affiliate and creator-led initiatives—from partner sourcing and onboarding to campaign execution, content optimization, and performance analysis. You’ll work across client verticals, adapting strategies to B2C, B2B, D2C, franchise, and service-based growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate and creator-led campaigns tailored to client goals and audiences.
- Source, onboard, and manage affiliates, micro-influencers, creators, and content partners.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of relevant creators and partnership opportunities.
- Create UGC campaign concepts that amplify across paid, organic, social, and owned channels.
- Manage affiliate tracking, link generation, attribution, coupon strategies, and payout systems.
- Track and report on core metrics: clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates, and creator ROI.
- Brief internal teams (strategy, creative, media) and external partners with clarity and precision.
- Review creator deliverables for brand alignment, quality, authenticity, and performance potential.
- Support gifting, seeding, testimonial campaigns, and community-driven storytelling.
- Analyze competitor creator strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, audience insights, and platform trends.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
What You’ll Work On
- Creator strategies that build trust, awareness, and demand across client objectives.
- UGC pipelines that fuel paid amplification, social proof, and conversion funnels.
- Affiliate programs that scale efficiently while maintaining quality control.
- Cross-platform execution (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.) with clear attribution.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, UGC, or performance growth roles.
- Strong grasp of affiliate ecosystems, tracking tech, and creator economics.
- Ability to identify creators based on audience fit, engagement quality, and commercial potential.
- Experience with campaign management, partner negotiations, and relationship building.
- Comfortable with performance tracking, basic attribution, and reporting tools.
- Creative judgment paired with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-project management.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to diverse client verticals (B2C, B2B, D2C, services, franchises).
- Understanding of creator tiers, content formats, and platform algorithms.
- Experience with affiliate networks, creator marketplaces, or influencer platforms.
- Familiarity with paid media amplification of UGC and creator content.
- Strong instinct for authentic, shareable, conversion-friendly content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or related field.
- Digital marketing, affiliate, or creator marketing certifications are a plus.
