Job Title
Affiliate Performance Marketing Manager – CPS (Banking/Fintech)
Role Overview
This role is focused on driving revenue through a pure Cost Per Sale (CPS) model. The candidate will own and scale affiliate partnerships that deliver real, verified sales for financial products, with a strong emphasis on conversion quality and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale CPS-based affiliate programs (no CPL/CPA focus)
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, publishers, and partners
- Drive revenue-focused campaigns with a clear emphasis on sales closures
- Track and optimize affiliate performance (conversion rates, ROI, revenue per partner)
- Develop high-converting offers, landing journeys, and payout structures
- Ensure quality sales, minimize fraud, and maintain compliance with BFSI regulations
- Continuously optimize funnels to improve sale-to-click conversion
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing with strong CPS model exposure
- Proven track record of driving sales through affiliate channels
- Strong understanding of tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with affiliate platforms (similar to ClickBank, CJ, Impact, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of compliance requirements in financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance)
