Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will oversee affiliate partnerships, manage affiliate campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. The role will involve researching and onboarding new affiliate partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. Additional responsibilities will include executing online marketing initiatives to drive conversions and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing principles
- Excellent Communication skills for effective partnership management
- Ability to analyze performance and implement data-driven marketing solutions
- Experience in maintaining relationships with affiliates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience within the influencer marketing or digital marketing domain is an advantage
