Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The candidate will manage affiliate networks and partnerships, strategize and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to meet established goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that affiliate strategies align with overall company marketing objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key affiliates, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and relationship-building
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Proficient in affiliate tools, platforms, and tracking systems
- Proven ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry or working with travel-related brands is a plus
