We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow our AWIN affiliate program for a leading US-based fashion e-commerce brand.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships, recruiting publishers, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue through affiliate marketing. Experience working with international fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brands is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the affiliate program using AWIN.
- Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with quality affiliates, publishers, influencers, coupon sites, loyalty partners, and content creators.
- Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Negotiate commission structures, exclusive promotions, and partnership opportunities.
- Track affiliate sales, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor and prevent fraudulent or low-quality affiliate activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWIN (Mandatory).
- Experience working with international fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brands.
- Proven success in growing affiliate revenue and recruiting quality affiliate partners.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with US or other international brands is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Shopify experience.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Experience working with influencers and content publishers.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
