Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager located in Gurgaon. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee and manage affiliate accounts, build strong relationships with affiliates, and develop strategies to optimize performance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams for effective execution of affiliate marketing initiatives. Delivering impactful results and maintaining high levels of communication with stakeholders are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and publishers.
- Onboard new affiliates and expand the affiliate network.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches and tracking setup.
- Share daily/weekly performance reports with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure traffic quality, compliance, and fraud monitoring.
- Work with mobile tracking platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, Singular.
- Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for scaling and optimization.
- Negotiate payouts and budgets with affiliates to maximize performance.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing (Mobile).
- Strong network of mobile affiliates, publishers, and traffic sources.
- Hands-on experience with mobile tracking platforms and attribution tools.
- Good understanding of CPI, CPA campaigns.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
