Role Description
The Affiliate Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saraswati Vihar. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment, engagement, and management of affiliate partners, fostering relationships to drive company growth. Key duties include creating and executing affiliate marketing plans, monitoring affiliate performance, and identifying new partnership opportunities. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with company goals, while also developing reporting strategies to measure campaign outcomes and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partner relationships
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales principles to support campaign effectiveness
- Experience in analyzing data and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to achieving business objectives
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Past experience in affiliate program management is highly desirable
