About the Role

We are looking for a highly connected and results-driven Affiliate Manager who brings a strong, active network of publishers and affiliates. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently building, scaling, and managing an affiliate ecosystem that drives consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network of publishers, affiliates, and partners to drive immediate growth
• Identify, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates across relevant niches
• Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates, ensuring strong engagement and performance
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet revenue and ROI targets
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize conversions, and scale top-performing partnerships
• Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and exclusive deals with partners
• Prevent fraud and ensure traffic quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to align campaigns with business goals
• Maintain regular reporting on affiliate performance, growth metrics, and insights

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role
• Strong existing network of publishers, affiliates, and performance partners (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to scale affiliate programs and deliver measurable revenue growth
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the affiliate channel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, CPA/CPL/CPS models
• Background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses
• Familiarity with global affiliate networks and traffic sources
