Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing partnerships with affiliate networks, identifying and recruiting new affiliates, and optimizing affiliate programs for maximum performance. The manager will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, analyze campaigns, and develop reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth. Other tasks may include managing communication with affiliates, ensuring compliance, and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
- Experience in Sales with a focus on results and relationship building
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency with affiliate platforms and tools; familiarity with digital marketing trends is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment
