Role Overview
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive and manage affiliate partnerships, creator-led performance campaigns, and revenue-generating collaborations. The ideal candidate understands digital ecosystems, influencer marketing, and performance metrics, and can build strong relationships with creators, platforms, and affiliate partners.
Responsibilities
— Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, creators, and networks
— Build and execute affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
— Coordinate with creators and internal teams for campaign execution
— Track affiliate performance metrics including clicks, conversions, revenue, and ROI
— Analyze campaign data and optimize strategies for better performance
— Develop and maintain relationships with brands, creators, and affiliate platforms
— Ensure timely communication, reporting, and campaign delivery
— Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and new monetization opportunities
— Maintain campaign records, performance dashboards, and payout tracking
— Work closely with the brand partnerships and creator teams to scale affiliate revenue
Requirements
— 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role
— Understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and campaign reporting
— Strong knowledge of creator economy and digital content ecosystems
— Familiarity with campaign metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking
— Strong communication and negotiation skills
— Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
— Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
— Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
