At
TalentPop App, we’re growing our remote marketing and operations team and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support affiliate partnerships, campaign coordination, and digital growth initiatives within the E-Commerce space.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, campaign tracking, outreach coordination, and supporting high-performing affiliate marketing efforts in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the setup, management, and optimization of affiliate marketing programs and campaigns
- Research and identify potential affiliate partners aligned with campaign goals and brand initiatives
- Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners and maintain organized relationship tracking
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotional efforts, and special marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate marketing performance metrics and campaign results
- Prepare performance summaries and reports for internal marketing and operations teams
- Assist with payout coordination and help maintain accuracy within affiliate tracking systems
- Research affiliate marketing trends and competitor strategies to support process improvements and campaign growth
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of remote or online marketing experience
- Experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer programs, or digital marketing campaigns is preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate, or similar tools is a plus
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for focused work and collaboration
