Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketer in Influencer Marketing based in Gurugram. The Affiliate Marketer will manage relationships with influencers, identify and onboard potential partners, and execute influencer marketing campaigns to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and creating strategies to widen the network of affiliates. This role demands creativity, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative skills to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategies, and Campaign Optimization
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Performance Metrics, Data Analysis, and Insights
- Proficiency in Market Research and identifying content opportunities for growth
- Excellent Networking, Communication, and Collaboration skills
- Prior experience in managing influencer campaigns or working in a marketing agency is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment in an on-site setting
