🚀 We're Hiring: Affiliate Manager – Mobile Performance Marketing
📍 Location: Remote / Hybrid
💼 Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Digicore Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing performance marketing team. If you have hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and performance-driven campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow affiliate and publisher relationships across mobile traffic channels
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, media partners, and publisher networks
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs including CPI, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
• Coordinate with advertisers, account managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and fraud metrics
• Negotiate commercial terms and scaling opportunities with partners
• Track campaign performance using MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition
• Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, and mobile attribution models
• Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, DSPs, OEM traffic, or in-app inventory
• Hands-on knowledge of AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar tracking platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
🔹 Preferred:
• Experience in Fintech, Gaming, E-commerce, Utility Apps, or Subscription-based campaigns
• Existing relationships with affiliates and mobile media partners
