Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Manager. The Affiliate Manager will oversee day-to-day affiliate partnerships, including the recruitment and onboarding of affiliates, managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns, and ensuring performance-driven results. Responsibilities also include building strong relationships with affiliate partners, analyzing campaign performance data, negotiating commissions, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with affiliate program policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Management, and Campaign Optimization
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Reporting
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies, trends, and tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in performance marketing or related industry is a plus
