About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Affiliate Manager to join the growing team at Promotion Bazaar. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in affiliate and performance marketing, who understands how to recruit quality affiliates, manage publisher relationships, and drive revenue through effective campaign execution.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and should have a strong grasp of affiliate operations, tracking, reporting, and partner communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across multiple verticals.
- Identify, approach, and activate new affiliate partners to scale campaign reach and revenue.
- Share campaign details, pitch offers, provide tracking links, and ensure affiliates have complete execution support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through calls, emails, and chat-based communication.
- Monitor affiliate performance regularly and provide optimization inputs to improve volume and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launches, tracking setup, and issue resolution.
- Handle affiliate queries promptly and maintain strong partner satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate reporting, tracking, validation, and reconciliation of affiliate performance.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional campaigns to existing affiliate partners.
- Keep a close watch on delivery, lead quality, revenue trends, and publisher performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing is preferred.
- Around four to five years of relevant experience in affiliate management, publisher development, or partnership growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers, CAKE, Trackier, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships and campaigns at the same time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualities
- Strong network of affiliates or publishers is a plus.
- Experience working with performance campaigns across different verticals.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue through strategic partner management.
- Comfortable working in a commission-linked, performance-driven setup.
