Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our mobile marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on the Chinese market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, strong publisher connections, and an understanding of regional platforms and user behavior in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale affiliate campaigns for mobile (CPI/CPA/CPL models)
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, ad networks, and publishers, especially in the Chinese market
- Identify and onboard new traffic sources to drive high-quality users
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and ensure delivery of KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, BD, Tech) for smooth campaign execution
- Analyze data, generate reports, and suggest optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Affiliate/Performance Marketing (Mobile preferred)
- Strong understanding of Chinese digital ecosystem (Baidu, Tencent, TikTok/Douyin, local ad networks)
- Existing connections with Chinese affiliates/publishers is a strong plus
- Experience with tracking platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
