Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Affiliate Executive. The Affiliate Executive will manage day-to-day affiliate operations, develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, monitor campaign performance, and optimize ROI. This role involves identifying growth opportunities and working closely with internal teams to drive business objectives and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing and Performance Marketing, with a strong grasp of affiliate networks and tools
- Capability in Data Analysis, Monitoring Campaign Performance, and Optimizing ROI
- Relationship-building and Communication Skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships
- Ability to identify Growth Opportunities and create actionable strategies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising trends and compliance with ad network policies
- Relevant experience in affiliate or performance marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
- A course in Digital marketing with basic knowledge of Digital industry would be a plus
