Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based affiliate network specializing in Pay-Per-Call and lead generation campaigns. We work with home services verticals across the U.S. — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, pest control, and more. The team is performance-driven and focused on building long-term advertiser relationships.
🔹 About the Role
We are hiring an Affiliate Account Manager to manage relationships with existing U.S.-based advertisers.
❗ This role is advertiser-side only — you will work with clients/brands, not recruit affiliates or publishers.
👉 We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Pay-Per-Call, lead generation, or performance marketing account management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with U.S.-based advertisers
- Monitor campaign KPIs — call, lead quality, approval rate, ROI, conversion rate
- Investigate and resolve advertiser complaints related to traffic or performance
- Coordinate with affiliate managers, QA, and ops teams
- Ensure stable campaign delivery, pacing, caps, and volume
- Build strong long-term relationships with advertisers
- Join regular calls to discuss performance and account growth
- Support upselling and scaling within existing advertiser accounts
🔹 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing account management
- Must have worked at an affiliate network, lead gen company, or performance marketing agency
- Must have direct experience managing advertiser or client accounts
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, Pay-Per-Call, and campaign metrics
- Comfortable working U.S. PST hours
- Strong spoken and written English
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
🔹 Nice to Have
- Experience with Pay-Per-Call campaigns (Ringba, Retreaver, Invoca)
- Background in home services, insurance, solar, or legal verticals
- Experience in traffic quality, fraud prevention, or campaign validation
