📍 Affiliate Account Manager (Advertiser Side | US Clients)
🕒 Full-time | Remote | PST 🌎 International team | U.S. market
🔹 About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based affiliate network operating in Pay-Per-Call and lead generation campaigns. The company works mainly with home services verticals across the U.S., including HVAC, roofing, plumbing, appliance repair, solar, pest control, and related industries. The team is performance-driven, fast-moving, and focused on building long-term relationships with advertisers.
🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to manage relationships with existing U.S.-based advertisers.
❗ This role focuses on working with advertisers (clients), not recruiting affiliates, publishers, or traffic sources.
👉 Candidates with experience working directly with advertisers, brands, clients, or accounts will be prioritized. The role is focused on campaign performance, advertiser satisfaction, traffic quality, and account growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with U.S.-based advertisers • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, approval rate, ROI, and conversion rate • Investigate advertiser complaints related to traffic quality or low performance • Coordinate with affiliate managers, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues • Ensure stable campaign delivery, pacing, caps, and volume • Maintain strong long-term relationships with advertisers • Join regular calls with advertisers to discuss campaign performance and account growth • Support upselling and scaling opportunities within existing advertiser accounts
🔹 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, account management, or client success
• Must have experience working in an affiliate network, lead generation company, or performance marketing company
• Must have direct experience working with advertisers, brands, clients, or advertiser accounts
• Must have experience working with U.S.-based clients or U.S. market
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong spoken and written English
• Ability to manage multiple advertiser accounts at the same time
• Comfortable working PST hours
🔹 Nice to Have
• Experience with Pay-Per-Call campaigns or call-based lead generation
• Familiarity with Ringba, Retreaver, Invoca, or similar platforms
• Experience in home services, insurance, solar, legal, or local services verticals
• Background in fraud prevention, traffic quality, or campaign validation
