Our technical team regularly works on newer facets of Salesforce platform like Industry clouds, Lightning Web Components, Omni-Studio, Business Rules Engine and a lot more. Responsibilities Engage with management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, aligning Salesforce project goals with business strategies. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, monitoring their progress throughout the lifecycle. Assign and monitor tasks among developers, consultants, and other technical personnel, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and third-party vendors. Run scrum cadences with multiple teams, tracking all tasks and timelines while raising red flags and reporting issues when necessary. Identify blockers, potential risks, and delivery delays, creating mitigation strategies and taking appropriate actions to maintain project timelines. Ensure high standards for all project deliverables, providing oversight for user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. Establish and implement best practices, policies, standards, and frameworks to streamline team performance and delivery. Mentor and technically coach team members, fostering growth and nurturing talent within the team. Conduct Governance meetings for check-ins and status updates with clients to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and overall project success. Qualification Should have minimum 10 years of experience on project management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects. Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology. Should possess a strong understanding of project finances and be accountable for the project's profit and loss. Should have hands-on experience on Salesforce Products along with Salesforce clouds like Sales, Service, Industry, Marketing etc. Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like JIRA, Confluence. Must be implemented in 2-3 large scale Salesforce implementations in an Agile – Scrum model. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Education / Certification Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree Required Salesforce Certification - Platform Developer, App Builder, Salesforce Admin. Sales, Service, Community, and Industry Cloud Certifications are a plus. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
