Aesthetic Hair Transplant Clinic Manager – Job Description

- Work Location: 301, B Block, Sarswati Vihar, Pitampura, North Delhi (On-site)
About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Clinic Manager to manage the complete day-to-day working of our Aesthetic Hair Transplant Clinic. The manager will be the main person handling operations, staff, patients, and coordination with doctors to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations
- Handle clinic staff and ensure smooth coordination
- Ensure good patient experience and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Oversee patient appointments and treatment flow
- Manage clinic expenses, billing, and basic financial planning
- Train staff regularly on clinic processes and patient handling
- Ensure clinic follows medical rules, hygiene standards, and protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in clinic management or healthcare setup
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense management
- Medical or healthcare background preferred
- Experience in staff training and team handling
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking in a busy clinic
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in clinic or hospital management is an advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Has worked in hair transplant / aesthetic / dermatology clinic (preferred)
- Can manage staff independently
- Understands patient psychology and service quality
- Can handle both operations + administration
