*Role Overview*
We’re looking for an experienced Aesthetic Consultant Doctor to lead client consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and perform advanced aesthetic procedures. You’ll be the medical face of Potenza Wellness - combining clinical expertise with luxury service standards to deliver safe, natural, and transformative results.
This role works directly with the founder on clinical protocols, new treatment launches, and elevating client outcomes.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Clinical Consultations*: Conduct detailed skin/hair/body assessments. Understand client concerns, medical history, and goals to recommend suitable treatments.
- *Treatment Planning*: Design customized, evidence-based treatment protocols for concerns like aging, pigmentation, acne, hair loss, and body contouring.
- *Perform Procedures*: Administer injectables (Botox, Fillers, PRP), energy-based devices (lasers, HIFU, RF), chemical peels, microneedling, and other approved aesthetic treatments.
- *Safety & Compliance*: Ensure all procedures follow medical protocols, maintain documentation, manage complications, and adhere to ethical standards.
- *Client Education*: Counsel clients on pre/post-care, set realistic expectations, and build long-term trust.
- *Team Training*: Guide therapists and junior staff on clinical best practices and safety.
- *Growth Input*: Collaborate with founder/marketing on new service lines, content for client education, and maintaining Potenza’s medical credibility.
*Qualifications & Experience*
- *Mandatory*: MBBS + MD/DVD/DNB Dermatology OR MBBS with recognized fellowship/diploma in Aesthetic Medicine/Cosmetology.
- *Registration*: Valid MCI/DMC registration.
- *Experience*: 2-5+ years in clinical cosmetology/aesthetic dermatology. Hands-on expertise with injectables and lasers is a must.
- *Skills*: Strong aesthetic eye, excellent communication, empathy, and ability to handle HNI clients.
- *Bonus*: Experience in luxury clinics, knowledge of international protocols, publications/training certifications.
