JD Requirements
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for SAP CRM applications in an AES / Operate (Managed Services) environment, ensuring SLA adherence and stable operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP solutions with strong focus on Object Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) and production-grade debugging/troubleshooting.
- Build and enhance technical objects across Interfaces (e.g., ALE/IDoc, BAPI) and integration touchpoints supporting CRM business processes.
- Implement CRM enhancements using BAdIs, BAPIs, Enhancements, and User Exits to extend standard functionality.
- Work on SAP CRM Web UI (BSP components) development and support, including framework-based troubleshooting and configuration support.
- Develop with and troubleshoot BOL/GENIL models; understand object structure, access methods, and how GENIL exposes backend logic to BOL.
- Support CRM Middleware operations and data replication between CRM and ECC/S4HANA (e.g., BDOCs, queues monitoring, error handling) using standard tools/monitors.
- Analyze and resolve incidents across CRM One Order framework / core CRM technical areas, contributing to problem management and continuous improvement.
- Support batch jobs, background processing, and interfaces, coordinating with operations/scheduling teams and ensuring stability during critical cycles.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM TPM covering Trade Promotion Planning / Execution, Funds, Claims, and Settlements.
- Design and development of CBP Plan Extensions to support custom planning attributes, KPIs, and business rules.
- Extensive use of Filter BADIs to control TPM and CBP logic based on planning types, org structures, and promotion scenarios.
