About The Role
[Company Name] is seeking an experienced Technical Integration & Data Hub Specialist with strong Kronos technical expertise to join our team for enhancement and support projects. This role is focused on maintaining, supporting, and enhancing existing Kronos Workforce Management integrations and data hubs to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Kronos integrations and Data Hub-related processes.
- Analyze current integration workflows and identify areas for enhancement or optimization.
- Develop and implement enhancements and fixes for Kronos DataHub integrations in line with business change requests.
- Maintain and update ETL processes, data mappings, and integration scripts to support new data requirements or system upgrades.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors to understand change requests and provide timely, high-quality solutions.
- Monitor integration and data flow performance, promptly diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct impact analysis and testing for system enhancements, including regression testing to confirm stability.
- Document all changes, processes, and support activities thoroughly.
- Work closely with project managers and business analysts to prioritize and manage enhancement and support work.
- Participate in change management and release activities to deploy enhancements safely.
- Stay current on Kronos product updates, patches, and best practices, implementing recommended improvements where appropriate.
