We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Engineer to join our UAV Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, development, integration, testing, and optimization of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The role requires strong knowledge of aircraft structures, aerodynamics, flight performance, propulsion systems, and system integration to develop reliable, high-performance drone platforms for commercial and defense applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop fixed-wing, multirotor, and VTOL UAV platforms.
· Perform aerodynamic analysis, flight performance evaluation, and structural calculations.
· Design lightweight airframes, fuselage structures, wings, and landing gear.
· Develop and validate UAV configurations through simulations and engineering calculations.
· Integrate propulsion systems, batteries, avionics, payloads, and communication systems.
· Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, technical documentation, and manufacturing data.
· Coordinate with Mechanical, Electronics, Embedded, Software, and Manufacturing teams.
· Conduct prototype assembly, ground testing, and flight testing.
· Analyze flight test data and implement design improvements.
· Perform root cause analysis for design and flight-related issues.
· Ensure compliance with aerospace engineering standards and internal quality procedures.
· Support production teams during prototype development and product commercialization.
· Participate in customer demonstrations, field trials, and technical discussions when required.
