What You’ll Do
- Lead design & validation of UAV aerostructures
- Ensure structural integrity & weight optimization
- Collaborate across aero, propulsion & avionics teams
- Guide material selection & certification
- Mentor engineers and champion innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
- 10 + years in structural design & analysis
- Expertise in composites, metallics, advanced manufacturing
- Skilled in CATIA, NX, ANSYS, NASTRAN , Composites: Fibersim
- Strong leadership & problem-solving mindset
Preferred: UAV program experience, additive manufacturing knowledge, and passion for aerospace innovation.
Location: One Hub, Thiruporur,Chennai

Reports To: Executive Vice Chairman (Technical)
