About the role
**Responsibilities**
* Architect and design comprehensive solutions for mobile applications.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and shape innovative features.
* Translate technical requirements into refined and effective functional solutions.
* Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
* Provide recommendations on best practices for mobile app development frameworks and identify potential tools to enhance development processes and enhance the end-user experience.
* Approach development from the end user's perspective, focusing on enhancing the overall product experience.
* Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to stablished best practices.
**Requirements**
* Hold a B. Tech / M. Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Have 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
* Have 4+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
* Demonstrate hands-on expertise in React Native APIs, ReactJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS), and JSX.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of React Native development tools, including IDEs, Chrome debugging tools, ESLint, React Native CLI, Watchman, and package managers.
* Familiarity with iOS and Android Code signing processes and deployment models.
* Showcase excellent exposure and proficiency in mobile application design patterns.
* Experience with automated testing suites such as Jest or Mocha.
* Familiarity with Native build tools like XCode, Android Studio, and VS Code.
* Hands-on experience with iOS or Android is an added advantage.
* Demonstrate the ability to swiftly adapt to new development environments and evolving business requirements.
* Possess strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skill.
