Hands-on experience developing and supporting journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Strong understanding of customer journey concepts, segmentation, and campaign execution workflows. Ability to analyze issues, debug configurations, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) aligned to business objectives and audience strategies. Implement audience segmentation and activation using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring accurate targeting and lifecycle orchestration. Configure journey entry events, conditions, decisioning logic, and message delivery steps across supported channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver well-structured journey implementations. Integrate and validate data flows into AEP for journey readiness, ensuring data quality, identity alignment, and timely availability. Support campaign execution by troubleshooting journey issues, resolving delivery/eligibility problems, and improving operational stability. Establish reusable components, templates, and best practices to scale journey development and reduce time-to-launch. Monitor journey performance and partner with teams to refine experiences through insights, testing, and iterative optimization.
