Marketing Officer – SEO Specialist (Remote, Full-time)

About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Officer (SEO Specialist) with proven expertise in driving organic growth and visibility across digital platforms. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with strong technical SEO knowledge, excellent content writing skills, and a results-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to implement SEO strategies that improve rankings, increase traffic, and strengthen our digital presence. A keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering measurable success are essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage on-page SEO strategies: keyword optimisation, technical audits, meta tags, and site structure improvements.
• Plan, write, and optimise blogs and web content aligned with SEO best practices.
• Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Execute local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation and review management.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

About you:

• Proven track record of SEO success with demonstrable results.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and local SEO practices.
• Experience in GBP optimisation and review management to improve local presence.
• Excellent content writing and optimisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with leading SEO and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and reporting ability.
