About the Role
We're hiring a strategic SEO Manager with proven B2B SaaS and Enterprise experience to own our organic growth engine. You'll drive visibility across the full buyer funnel — from awareness to conversion — while scaling our SEO, AEO, and GEO presence across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
This is a high-ownership role built for someone who operates like a founder — you set the direction, figure out the path, and execute without waiting to be told what to do. Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy aligned to the B2B buyer funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Build a scalable keyword universe covering awareness, consideration, and decision-stage content
- Lead technical SEO audits and implementation with engineering and web teams
- Scale programmatic SEO to grow topical authority and organic reach
Funnel-Aligned Content
- Map content to each funnel stage — problem-aware (TOF), solution-aware (MOF), vendor-selection (BOF)
- Build high-intent BOF pages: competitor, pricing, and comparison landing pages
- Partner with content, product marketing, and sales to create SEO assets that drive pipeline
AEO — Answer Engine Optimization
- Optimize for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and knowledge panels
- Develop structured data and schema markup strategies
- Build a Q&A content framework targeting high-volume B2B search queries
GEO — Generative Engine Optimization
- Ensure brand visibility in AI-generated results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot)
- Optimize content to be citation-worthy for large language model responses
- Track brand mentions and citations across generative AI platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years SEO experience, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software
- Deep understanding of the B2B funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF) and how to align SEO to each stage
- Hands-on experience with AEO (featured snippets, schema) and GEO (AI search visibility)
- Proficient in Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of tying SEO outcomes to pipeline and revenue
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — you own outcomes, not just tasks
