The Mission
We are looking for a visionary SEO/GEO AI Engineer to help us move from manual SEO workflows to a fully automated, agentic ecosystem. Your job isn't to write meta descriptions; it’s to build the agents that do it for us across 19+ languages and 100+ countries.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Deploy: Develop autonomous SEO agents using Python and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Workflow Automation: Create multi-step "agentic" pipelines that handle keyword research, competitor analysis, content drafting, and internal linking without human hand-holding.
- API Integration: Connect LLMs (Gemini, GPT-4, etc.) with SEO power tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
- Scale Globally: Optimize our presence across different regions by automating localized content strategy and technical audits.
- Iterate & Audit: Use "Human-in-the-loop" systems to ensure AI output meets WhyDonate's high brand standards and empathy-led mission.
Who You Are
- The Experience: You have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically building AI agents (not just prompting).
- The Tech Stack: Expert in Python. You dream in LangChain/LlamaIndex and are comfortable with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- The SEO Brain: You understand search intent, topical authority, and technical SEO. You know how to tell a "hallucination" from a high-ranking insight.
- The Location: working 100% remotely.
- The Vibe: You are a problem-solver who prefers building a tool that solves a problem forever rather than fixing the same issue twice.
