Position Overview
The Web Content Management Specialist will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing web content for the Brand Portal (internal web portal) and affiliate websites using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system. This role supports global and affiliate marketing teams by ensuring high-quality content delivery, optimal user experience, and adherence to SEO and accessibility standards.
The position involves managing patient education platforms such as Truth About Weight (TaW), Truth About Diabetes, What Next, MasH, Rethink sites, and HCP portals. The candidate will also oversee digital asset management, webpage creation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous platform improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Management & Development
- Create, develop, and manage web content for affiliate websites and Brand Portal using AEM.
- Design and build webpages with graphic layouts and visual elements.
- Develop custom styles and recreate existing templates within AEM.
- Utilize AEM templates, components, and workflows for scalable and consistent content delivery.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO, UX, and accessibility standards.
- Modify and optimize existing webpages to enhance user experience.
AEM & Digital Asset Management
- Manage digital asset management (DAM) for global and affiliate marketing teams.
- Collate, categorize, and upload digital assets, supporting files, and references into AEM.
- Work with AEM components including:
- Experience Fragment Component
- Content Fragment Component
- Carousel Component
- Card Component
- Text Component
- Image Component
- Manage AEM workflows and front-end interfaces.
- Leverage Multi-Site Manager (MSM) to manage content across multiple regions and portals.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, design teams, IT teams, and external vendors to execute projects.
- Liaise with creative agencies and affiliate teams to collect and manage digital assets.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize workloads, and handle high-volume project requests.
- Facilitate UI/UX feedback sessions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Provide inputs to IT teams to improve system performance and overall web experience.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Troubleshoot issues related to web content and AEM content management system.
- Identify system or content deployment issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain consistent tone, branding, and digital experience across all web properties.
- Continuously improve portal functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong academic performance preferred (top 10% or equivalent)
- Relevant professional experience in web content management, web design, or digital platforms
