About The Opportunity
A leading IT services provider in the Digital Experience & Enterprise Content Management sector, delivering end-to-end Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, migrations, and integrations for large enterprises. We deliver high-quality DXP solutions across cloud, hybrid and on-premise landscapes to improve customer experience and accelerate digital transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Architect and lead AEM solutions from discovery through production—define system architecture, integration patterns, and deployment topology.
- Design and implement scalable AEM components, services, and templates; ensure best practices for Sling/OSGi and repository design.
- Drive AEM migrations and cloud adoption (AEM as a Cloud Service or managed cloud), including performance tuning and content model transformation.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and release processes for AEM using Maven, Cloud Manager or equivalent tooling.
- Collaborate with product, UX, backend and DevOps teams to integrate AEM with commerce, analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Provide technical leadership—code reviews, architecture docs, runbooks, and mentor development teams to ensure delivery quality and platform governance.

Demonstrable experience defining architecture, leading complex integrations, and guiding migration to cloud-based AEM platforms. Excellent stakeholder-facing skills and experience driving engineering standards and operational readiness.
