Role Description
The AEM Product Owner is a full-time, on-site role located in India. This role involves managing and prioritizing product backlogs, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The Product Owner will oversee development cycles, review project deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals. Communication with stakeholders to ensure product value delivery will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its associated modules
- Strong knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Understanding of web development principles, including front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience in industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services, Healthcare, or E-Commerce is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, AEM product certifications) are advantageous
