Requirements The AEM Operations Lead responsible for ensuring the effective, scalable, and consistent operation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the Digital Asset Management (DAM) foundation for GenStudio. Support content, front-end, and delivery teams by providing operational leadership, onboarding support, front-end implementation guidance, and integration enablement, while not being directly responsible for backend infrastructure or platform configuration. Manage and govern AEM operations across environments, including user/group access models, folder structures, asset lifecycle states, and governance standards in collaboration with platform administrators. Configure and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, tagging strategies, validation rules, required fields, and search configurations. Lead DAM operational activities including asset ingestion, batch uploads, quality assurance, deduplication, version management, renditions, expiry handling, and archival processes. Support approval and publishing workflows while ensuring adherence to brand, compliance, and governance standards. Collaborate with Workfront administrators and engineering teams to support integration workflows, metadata mappings, synchronization rules, and asset delivery processes between Workfront and AEM. Improve asset discoverability and reuse through controlled vocabularies, naming conventions, asset templates, taxonomy management, and search optimization strategies. Troubleshoot operational issues within AEM, coordinate with Adobe Support and internal technical teams, and maintain operational documentation and runbooks. Support UAT activities, rollout planning, onboarding, user training, and adoption initiatives for creative, production, and marketing teams. Strong hands-on experience with AEM Assets administration or enterprise-level DAM operations with AEM exposure. Deep understanding of DAM concepts including metadata management, taxonomy, governance, rights management, and asset lifecycle processes. Ability to translate business and brand requirements into scalable operational models across multi-brand and multi-market environments. Comfortable collaborating with technical teams on integrations, metadata mapping, and operational enablement initiatives. Strong operational discipline with experience in process definition, QA, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communication. Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service, IMS/SSO concepts, and Adobe Admin Console fundamentals. Experience with Content Hub and Dynamic Media capabilities. Exposure to GenAI-driven content pipelines, Adobe Firefly governance practices, and AI content management considerations. Successful onboarding and enablement of client and market teams resulting in increased adoption, reduced support requests, and operational self-sufficiency. Improved asset discoverability, higher asset reuse, reduced ingestion and metadata errors, stable integrations, positive end-user feedback, and strong compliance with governance standards.
