Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for our AEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Manage and mentor a team of AEM developers and content authors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skill

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage AEM implementations, including experience with AEM architecture, development, and deployment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, content authors, and marketing stakeholders.
Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Adaptable to on-site work environment in Bangalore.
10-12 years of experience in AEM development and management.
